PRINTS

My premium print account is gonna expire at February 18th. I don't think I'll purchase another one right away, I guess I'll try my luck for my own some days and see what happens. I need a programmer who codes a form for me for that matter, if you know where I can find one or if you know how to code, tell me how much would you charge and we'll talk. For short, I would need a list of my paintings, a preview displaying onRollover, a couple of dynamic boxes to introduce measurements -width and height- and a calculator that takes this data - width * height = area - and multiplies it for a base price, so the user can know how much a custom sized print would cost. All the data shall be sent to my e-mail account, and lead the user to pay by paypal. I am not asking for a shopping cart thing, I am just after a form like that.
